The Cross Roads at Route 129 is one of the largest technology and employment hubs in the I-495 North area. A total of 250 businesses employing upwards of 7,500 employees are located here.

At the Cross Roads, you’ll find a number of key industry clusters, including Advanced Manufacturing, Information Technology, Research & Development and Professional/Technical Services. Within these clusters are nationally and internationally recognized industry leaders such as Zoll Medical, Brooks Automation, 3M, and Schleifring — many of which operate world and regional corporate headquarters from the Cross Roads.

Many local and regional businesses in sectors such as Defense, Healthcare, banking, and robotics also call the Cross Roads home.

Each year, in February, the Town of Chelmsford partners with MassHire to host a large job fair at the Cross Roads, featuring many of the district’s employers.
